Today i called Les Amis and realise that that the school didn't keep them updated about me.
God Shatec is really lol.

Anyway she gave me a choice of rotating thru all their outlets, or staying in fine dining.

guess which i chose?

I chose to stay in either Les Amis or Au Jardin. But thinking back rotating thru the outlets will actually give me a more complete set of skills needed. But still the chance to be in their 2 main outlets is to hard to pass..
