Michel Roux's team came and had dinner at AJ. Am very very glad to be able to prepare their food.

Best of all Chef Fabio came too, when they were leaving they happened to saw us outside the kitchen. Manage to step out and chat with him. He said the food was very good.. Even though i know he trying to be nice, still feels great to be praised by a chef from a 3 Michelin Star kitchen.
