Went to the Michel Roux promotion @ Goodwood park to help out today. Eye opening experience. The best being able to taste 3 Michelin star food first hand, and working among a 3 Michelin star team @ Gordon's Grill.

Learned alot of stuff today, gonna be helpful to me in future =]

Special thanks to Chef Gan and his team @ Gordon's Grill, and to Chef Fabio from Waterside Inn who taught me a lot today.. Including the amazing Crab Bisque... There will never be a better soup, at least in the next 10 years....
